We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, sometimes things just don’t work out. If you would like to make a return, please review our policies below. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at support@positionptt.com

WE OFFER A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If within the first 30 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied, return your radios to PositonPTT for a refund of your radios, less any actual shipping, activation, and airtime charges.

The product(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE

1. Email us at support@positionptt.com and request to return your radios. We will give you an RMA #. You have up to 30 days to return the product to us.

2. Ship Product Back To Us With RMA # on Outside of Box.

Please ensure that the RMA shipment is insured and sent back via a traceable method, FedEx, UPS, USPS certified mail, etc.

A credit will be issued immediately to your account once we receive the returned items.

Please Note: Returns Without an RMA # will not be accepted at our facility and delivery will be refused. Furthermore, we will not accept any returns, once the 30 day RMA period has expired.
