SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders placed on positionptt.com are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. However, processing times may be extended depending on order size and custom programming requirements for radio devices.
Since PositionPTT radios require custom programming and configuration tailored to your specific business needs, customers will need to provide relevant information (such as talk groups, device assignments, and system specifications) during the order process. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure accurate programming before shipment. Larger orders or complex programming requests may require additional time for completion.
Processing Time Factors: Processing times exclude weekends and federal holidays and are dependent upon:
- Order size and number of units
- Complexity of custom programming requirements
- Information exchange completeness with the customer
Order Cutoff Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your product selection, order weight, destination address, and selected shipping method. Real-time shipping rate calculations ensure you pay the accurate rate for your specific order.
Delivery Time Disclaimer: Estimated delivery times begin after your order ships and are based on carrier performance. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, and customs processing (for international orders), may affect delivery timelines. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING COVERAGE
PositionPTT currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods. For Standard Shipping, we can accommodate P.O. boxes if a street address is provided for verification purposes.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the customer's delivery address. Costs vary depending on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipping costs exclude applicable sales taxes.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including:
- Full name of recipient
- Street address
- City, State, and ZIP code (or country equivalent)
- Phone number (optional but recommended)
PositionPTT is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or illegible address information provided by the customer at checkout.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. For tracking details and shipment status, please contact our customer support team at support@positionptt.com or call 844-327-8788 during business hours.
7. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Lost Shipments: If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery window plus 5 additional business days, please contact our customer support team at support@positionptt.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Damaged Shipments: Upon receipt of your order, inspect all packaging and products immediately. If you discover damage, please contact us within 3 business days with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Carrier Liability: PositionPTT uses reputable shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Liability for lost or damaged shipments is governed by the carrier's terms of service. PositionPTT is not liable for damage or loss caused by carrier negligence, acts of God, or customer-provided address errors.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window: Customers may initiate returns within 30 days of order receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a PositionPTT error or defective product. In cases of defective or damaged items, PositionPTT will provide a pre-paid return label upon request.
Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your financial institution to post the credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including but not limited to radio accessories, custom radio programmed and/or labeled devices, activation-related products, and clearance merchandise, may be marked as non-returnable. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product listing and order confirmation.
9. EXCHANGES
For exchanges due to incorrect items or defective products, please contact us at support@positionptt.com within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
10. WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All PositionPTT products come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation and warranty card. Defective products may be eligible for repair or replacement under warranty terms, separate from our return policy.
For warranty claims, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Warranty coverage and terms vary by product and are specified at the time of purchase.
11. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Military shipments typically require 10-15 business days for delivery via USPS.
Rural or Remote Locations: Shipments to rural or remote areas may experience extended delivery times. Standard delivery estimates may not apply. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

13. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
PositionPTT reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of positionptt.com constitutes acceptance of any modifications to this policy.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except where prohibited by law, PositionPTT's liability for shipping-related disputes shall not exceed the value of the order in question. PositionPTT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays or delivery failures.
